  Smyths Toys were offering a Free Nerf Rival 18-Round Refill Pack when you ordered a Nerf Rival Apollo XV-700 Blaster. I made the order online to collect at the Swansea branch which is approx 20 miles from me. It stated in stock so I processed my payment. When I arrived I was told they could not give me the offer as it was out of stock. This is just not acceptable. The picker in the shop should have phoned to explain before I left the house so I would have had a choice. I only got an email ready to collect. I asked to speak to the manager at Swansea Mike Hartshom and he refused to speak to me. Hiding in his office. Unknown to the staff my wife was in the store and saw the assistant go to speak to the manager on the shop floor and he shook his head and went into his office and refused to come out saying he was busy. Avoid this shop. If you have any issue Toys R us are much more professional.
